Surgical services are grouped into body contouring, breast and face and hair procedures. Liposuction is offered using super-wet, ultrasound-assisted and tumescent methods, and Body-Jet liposuction is also available. Liposuction is performed under local or general anesthesia and typically takes one to five hours, with the cost depending on the procedure type and the amount of fat removed. Breast augmentation uses saline or silicone gel implants, and the practice notes that silicone implants are FDA approved for that use. Incisions may be made in the crease under the breast, in the armpit or near the areola, and saline implants can be placed through the navel using the TUBA approach. The practice states that breast augmentation results are typically at least one cup size larger than a patient's natural size. Rhinoplasty candidates must have finished facial growth, be at least 14, not smoke, and be in good overall health.

The medspa menu lists BOTOX, chemical peels, facials, facial rejuvenation, KYBELLA, laser hair removal, lip enhancement, microdermabrasion, platelet-rich plasma and Sciton Profractional treatments. The VI Peel, a PCA SKIN treatment, can be applied to the face, chest, arms, hands and back without any skin prep, and the practice suggests two to four sessions a year. Filler options are Belotero, Juvederm and Restylane, and topical or injectable anesthesia can be used during filler procedures.

Varicose vein care centers on endovenous laser therapy, a minimally invasive procedure that takes about 30 minutes and can be done in the office under local anesthesia. Sclerotherapy is also offered and usually needs about four treatments to reach the desired results. Diagnosis typically includes an ultrasonic and physical exam, and conservative options such as elevation, compression stockings and weight loss are usually tried first. The vein clinic reports performing more than 4,000 EVLT procedures. Skin lesion excisions can be done with frozen section pathology, usually at a surgery center such as St Alexius Hospital, with specimens sent to the Dermapath lab. The practice says its excision approach leaves less noticeable scarring than Mohs microsurgery and recommends Kelocote physician strength scar cream afterward.

Cosmetic consultations are complimentary and can be booked by phone; they are also a setting for discussing pricing. Initial consultations for cosmetic surgery are complimentary too. Surgical patients can reach an answering service at any hour, are assigned a dedicated patient care coordinator and receive priority for follow-up visits. Post-procedure care packages are included at no charge, and parking and transportation are free where they apply. Appointments can be rescheduled no sooner than 24 to 48 hours before the visit. The surgical cancellation policy can be obtained from the office. Most major insurance carriers are accepted, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and Medicare, for varicose vein treatment and other medical conditions. CareCredit financing offers 6, 12 and 18 month interest-free plans for qualifying candidates, and longer plans up to 60 months with interest. Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and certified check.
