Launched in 2017 by co-owners Monika and Agnes, both licensed estheticians, MedAndSpa brings medical and aesthetic care under one roof. Treatments are carried out under the oversight of medically licensed clinicians. The medical director is Robert Paresi, MD, a plastic surgeon who holds two board certifications and practices in Chicago.

Consultations with staff are offered to guide the choice of treatment, and each client receives a personalized treatment plan. When recommending options, the team considers the client's budget and what is available to them. Some treatments, including the Face Reality Acne Program and PDO lifting threads, require a consultation first. Appointments are recommended at least two weeks in advance and can be booked online or by phone.

Services fall into five groups: cosmetic injectables, laser and light treatments, medical spa treatments, esthetic spa treatments and medical treatments. Listed prices include Dysport at $6 per unit, Express Hydrafacial at $199, Vi Peel Original at $350 and a small-area laser hair removal session at $80. Prices are subject to change without notice, and a $100 consultation fee applies.

Clients are asked to keep a valid credit or debit card on file, arrive 15 minutes early to check in, and give at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation or reschedule. A $100 fee applies to no-shows and late changes, and late arrivals have their visit end on time and are charged the full appointment. Guests must be at least 14, and clients under 18 need an adult present and must sign treatment documents. No refunds are given for services, and retail skincare is non-refundable unless damaged or defective. Payment options include major credit and debit cards, MedAndSpa gift cards, certified checks, cash and CareCredit financing.

The business describes its aim as a place of beauty, comfort, knowledge and personalized attention, with the goal of improving clients' self-image and self-esteem. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM and Saturday from 10AM to 2PM, and is closed Monday and Sunday.
