Lash artists at every location are state-licensed and move through a training path from Apprentice to Artist to Master, with training in advanced application techniques. A Master Artist Quality Assurance Team sets and enforces the company's standards. The business says it aims for a relaxed visit while the artist refines the look, and both locations are open seven days a week from 7am to 8pm.
Services are organized around lash extensions. Sets come in four styles: Natural Classic, Makeup Volume, Wet/Wispy Hybrid and Lux Mega. Each style has a new set and a fill, and most also have a Fill Plus option that allows more time. Fills are timed from about 50 minutes to 110 minutes for a new set, and the business lists the number of extensions used per natural lash for each style. The Essential Lash Set is a 90-minute add-on set designed for first-time clients, and the Introductory Look Full Set takes about an hour. Add-ons include a Deep Cleanse to remove oils, makeup, buildup and outgrown extensions before a fill, and half-hour bottoms.
The business guarantees its work for seven days. If a client is unhappy with the design or fullness of the lashes, or experiences early fall-out or irritation, the client can contact the studio within that window for a correction. Brow services include a wax with tint, a wax with lamination, and a package combining wax, tint and lamination.
