Facials are shaped around what each client's skin needs. The signature custom facial is built around the concerns a client brings in, while the deluxe custom facial is customized from start to finish, has no time rush, and adds a neck and shoulder massage. The O2 facial delivers oxygen with a customized serum and is aimed at the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Chemical peels are offered for acne and enlarged pores, and for fine lines, wrinkles and sun damage. Dermaplane can be added to either peel.

Brow services include tint, hybrid tint, waxing and lamination, along with combinations of those treatments. Lash services include lash tint, a Korean lash lift with tint, extension removal, and full sets in classic, hybrid, YY, volume and mega volume styles, with fills booked every two to three weeks. Permanent makeup includes a brow consultation, shading add-ons, touch-ups, a color boost, microblading, classic blade and shade combo brows, and color correction for older brow work. Touch-ups are only offered to clients whose first appointment was with the studio. Microblading and combo brows need photos of previous work sent for approval before booking. Healing can take around two to three weeks, so clients with an event coming up should plan the timing.

Booking terms are firm. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a same-day cancellation and requires a new booking fee to rebook. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and changes made with less notice are charged 75% of the service total to the card on file. No-shows with no notice are charged the full service. Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment is accepted by Venmo, Zelle, cash and Apple Cash, and debit or credit card payments carry a 3% swipe fee. Gift cards come in $50 and $100 amounts, and a buyer can add a recipient's name for a custom voucher. Gift card balances can be checked on the booking site.

Facial treatments are built around each client's skin, with customized serums, peels and masks chosen for the concerns they bring in.
