Brows are a major part of the menu. Microblading is split into a path for new guests and a path for returning guests. New guests get a free initial consultation and can book 3D microblading, which uses hair strokes with light 3D shading, or powder fill. Returning guests can book a touch-up up to eight weeks after the first procedure, a mini or annual color refresher within the following one or two years, or brow color correction, which takes several appointments.

Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume full sets, with fills and removal priced separately. Lash services begin at $55 on the booking site. Clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes and no mascara, eyeliner, moisturizer or contacts, and to keep lashes dry for six hours afterward.

Skin and body treatments range from a short express facial to advanced options such as Hydrafacial, microneedling, chemical peels, and Botox or hyaluronic filler facials. Facials and advanced aesthetics include an arm, hand, neck and shoulder massage and take-home product. Customized facial treatments are available only through select professionals. Laser options include laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, IPL, RF, a carbon laser facial, a plasma pen for under the eyes, and full body and Phoenix Blue sessions. Massage styles include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal and a compression session, and waxing and PRP are also offered.

Every service is booked by appointment, and once a time is booked it is held exclusively for the guest. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice avoids a fee. Changes can be made online or by texting the provider directly. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice carries a rebooking fee of half the service charge, and a no-show carries the full service charge. The business also lists guidance for before and after microblading, such as timing for waxing, tinting, facials and Botox.

The stated aim is for guests to leave feeling good, with skin, brows and lashes looking finished from the start of the day.
