Skin Seed is a private studio on St. Rose Parkway in Henderson, founded by esthetician Briana Soto. It is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and closed on Sundays. The studio aims to combine beauty, wellness and care in a personalized way, and it is set up so clients can slow down during their appointment.

The in-person version is a 30-minute one-on-one session covering skin concerns, routine, goals and a tailored plan. The video version is also 30 minutes and covers current products and routine, with a personalized plan and product suggestions; clients are asked to join with a clean, makeup-free face and good lighting. The consultation is complimentary with any service booked. Otherwise its $75 fee is credited toward the first service booked within 14 days.

The menu runs from a classic 60-minute Foundation Facial, which uses no machines or peels, to several HydraFacial options. The Seed HydraFacial is a 45-minute option for first-time clients, the Flourish is a 75-minute customized treatment with massage and no downtime, and the Fruitful is a two-hour session that adds dermaplaning and microcurrent sculpting. Other facials include a Microcurrent Lift Facial, a Pigmentation Peel Facial chosen after a skin analysis, and a 45-minute Teen Seed Facial for clients under 18. Korean spicule and peel treatments, body HydraFacials and a Body Acne Bootcamp are also offered. Acne care includes a returning-client program for people who have completed Acne Boot Camp. A three-step HydraScalp Treatment is available, and the studio recommends a series of three monthly sessions for best results.

Booking terms: cancellations or changes requested less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, with a shorter service time. A no-show, meaning 15 minutes past the appointment without contact, is charged 50%. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be emailed with a message and a chosen delivery date, and are final once sold. Packages are bought through the studio website and their credits apply automatically at checkout.

The studio takes an intentional, individualized approach that brings together skin care, wellness and comfort.
