Everything is booked by appointment. Clients submit a booking form, and the salon then contacts them directly to confirm the time. A credit card must be kept on file to schedule. Prices can shift with hair length and condition, so the quoted starting prices are a guide, and some services such as Global or Creative Color, Updos and Double Process are priced after a consultation.

Clients who are unhappy with a service can come back for a redo, which must be booked within seven days of the original visit. Refunds are not given for services, and the salon keeps the right to decline service to anyone. For services performed away from the salon, a travel fee is added that depends on location and timing.

The salon runs a referral program: a new client referred by an existing client receives $15 off their first booked appointment, and the referring client receives $15 off their next service.

The salon's focus is on making clients feel good about their hair and showing what their hair can look like with the right cut or color.
