Bespoke Salon was founded and is led by hairstylist Cheron Hamner, who serves as Chief Hair Artist and Consultant. It serves a diverse clientele of all ethnicities.

Services are tailored to each client rather than sold as a fixed package. Stylists consider face shape, the hair texture (straight, wavy or curly), and what the client wants to be able to maintain at home over time. Each artist keeps their own service menu with starting prices, and those prices are adjusted for hair texture, head shape and lifestyle. Additional fees may apply for hair density and length.

The salon is in the Prado Shopping Center. The front entrance is on the P3 level of the parking deck. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice and to cancel directly with their stylist.

The salon sells premium R+Co hair care products for use at home. It also runs a Hair Confidence Bootcamp, which teaches clients to recreate a look at home with professional tools and curly hair methods. The salon describes itself as the Best Salon in Atlanta for 2026, according to the Jewish Times Magazine; that is the salon's own account of the award.

Services are customized to face shape, long-term maintenance goals and hair texture, with an emphasis on education and technical skill.
