Visits are booked through the booking site, and questions can be sent through its contact form. Clients are asked to let the stylist know as soon as possible if they can't make an appointment. No cancellation fee is charged, but a 50% charge applies to no-shows and is added to the client's next appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. Gift card sales are final. The business is open Tuesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 12 PM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
