Before booking color, extensions or event work, clients can request a free consultation through the contact form to talk over the result they want and the pricing. Extension pricing depends on the client, so a consultation is needed to set the time and cost.

The menu is grouped into cutting and styling, color, keratin and treatments, extensions, brows and waxing, makeup, and wedding services. Cuts range from a standard haircut to a Royal Haircut with a signature treatment and scalp massage, and there is a kids cut for ages 12 and under. Color options run from glosses and multi-tonal color to all-over color, foil highlights and hand-painted balayage.

Brow services include brow tinting, which the salon says lasts about four to six weeks, along with waxing for brows, lip and chin. Brow tweezing and shaping is offered for clients who are sensitive to wax.
