Reservations can be made through the online booking page or the client portal, covering one-on-one visits, group appointments for friends and family, memberships and gift cards. Opening times are Monday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 10 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the salon closed on Sundays. Most color services include a shampoo and blowout. Hot tool styling is available on request, though it may lengthen the visit and raise the cost. Consultations are part of the process, particularly for first-time clients.

The salon asks clients to arrive on time. A client more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or changed to fit the stylist's schedule, and a $25 fee applies when lateness happens more than once. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked services. Missing an appointment or cancelling within six hours of its start counts as a no-show and is charged 100% of the missed services. The salon states it does not sell or share personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing, and clients can opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.
