Stylists keep their skills current through regular training events, hair shows and educational training. Every stylist can perform every service, and each also has individual specialties. Extensions are handled by consultation with Kayla or Libby, and vivid color is handled by consultation with Kierstin or Libby.

Color services start at $40 for an all-over gloss and go up to $165 for a highlight, lowlight and color combination. All-over color starts at $85, color retouch at $65, men's color at $45, and ombre or balayage at $145. Most highlighting and bleaching services need a toner, which the salon estimates adds $15 to $30. A $10 charge applies to single-service color and a $15 charge applies to starred multi-service color on the price list. Prices and services can vary at the stylist's discretion based on hair amount, products used and service length. Cutting prices run from $12 bang trims to $58 women's cuts, and formal styling runs from $45 to $80. Brazilian blow outs start at $375. Waxing, braids, tinsel, conditioning treatments and Malibu treatments are also offered, and a service consultation is free.

Kids' birthday parties run two hours on Friday from 6 to 8pm or Saturday from 5 to 7pm, for ages 13 and under. They include a runway show and a goodie bag, and cost $40 per person with a five-girl minimum, plus $10 for each added service. Parties need a 50% non-refundable deposit by card at booking. Weddings are held with a $100 non-refundable deposit toward the bride's services. Bridal updo and makeup trials are offered at a discounted rate.

Appointments can be requested through the online booking page or by phone. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and later changes are charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file. A card on file is required for new clients and for color, highlight or chemical services. Frequent cancellers or no-shows may be asked for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Clients may contact the salon within 7 days of an appointment for a complimentary fix if they are not satisfied. The salon may decline any service. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check and cash, with a 3.5% fee on card payments. Tips can be given by Venmo, cash or personal check but not on cards. An ATM is inside the salon. Children must be seated and supervised at all times. The salon also offers 20% off haircuts and product purchases for active duty, retired, veteran, National Guard, reserve and Coast Guard personnel and their spouses, with valid ID required at checkout.
