Color is the core of the menu. Express Re-touch is a quick root color that includes a wash but no blowdry. Color Retouch covers up to an inch of new growth with a custom formulated color, and Full Color applies custom color from roots to ends. Color Gloss is a demi color used to refresh tone. Foil highlights range from Accent Foil around the face frame or just off the part, to Partial Foil over the top and sides, to Full Foil for a full head of highlights or lowlights. Lived-In Babe is hand-painted lightening in three sizes: a mini face frame or refresh, a partial version covering the top half of the head, and a full version for the entire head. The larger two include highlighting or lowlighting, gloss, treatment and a cut. Specialty Color offers custom placement through foilyage, balayage, ombre, global bleach and fashion color.

Haircuts include a wash, custom cut and style, and a dry-only cut is also available. Styling covers blowouts with a wash, curls or straightening, add-on curls or smoothing for any style, and formal upstyles. Treatments include a two-step Olaplex reparative service that can be added into color or booked alone, Malibu mineral and build-up removal, custom deep conditioning, color locking masks after color, and toning shampoo or conditioner. A Pure Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment is an anti-frizz option that lasts up to six months. Extensions come in tape-in, weft and halo styles. Halo extensions are temporary, color matched, and can be put in and taken out by the client. Extension removal is also priced by consultation. Facial waxing covers brows, lip and arch, with pricing that varies by area.

Wedding hair can be done on site or in the salon. A $100 non-refundable deposit is due when on-site wedding services are booked and the contract is signed, and it can be applied toward wedding day services. A wedding date is not secured until both the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. Make-up application is available on request, and on-site work carries a per-unit travel fee.

The salon offers gift cards and a referral program, and gives a 5% discount for cash payments. It has written booking, cancellation, late or no-show, and dissatisfaction policies.
