First-time visitors need to email for a complimentary in-person consultation. Anyone booking color for the first time has to come in to schedule a consultation and leave a deposit to hold the appointment. For balayage and corrective color, a $50 deposit may be asked for, and it is credited toward the service.

The salon asks clients to arrive 5 minutes early and to give 48 hours notice for any change to an appointment. Cancellations, changes or edits made with 24 hours or less notice may carry a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled services, and clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and may be charged the same fee. Clients who are sick are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible and consider rescheduling. The business is cashless and accepts credit cards, Venmo and Zelle.
