Every blonding or colour visit can begin with a free 20-minute consultation to talk through goals, review achievable results and pricing, and plan the next appointment. Extension clients have a separate free 20-minute consultation to discuss hair goals, assess their current hair and plan services.

Highlights, balayage and foilyage each include a custom gloss and a K18 treatment, and face frame highlights include the same. Blonding transformations are priced by the hour, and the number of sessions is set during consultation. Extensions can be installed with the Invisible Bead Extensions method as beaded wefts or hand-tied pieces, or as K-Tips or keratin bonds. Extension hair is bought separately, and beaded wefts or hand-tied extensions are maintained every 6 to 8 weeks.

Prices can shift with hair density, length, previous colour and treatment history. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service cost and no-shows 100%, both to the card on file. Clients whose preferred time is not listed online can text the salon about openings. Home care guidance is provided for extensions, smoothing treatments and Keratin Complex NKST, including waiting 72 hours before shampooing after a keratin treatment.

Colour and extension plans are built around each client's hair and goals, starting with a consultation before services are booked.
