Most services are built around curly cuts. Shape & Style is a full appointment that includes a consultation, a customized curly cut, styling and definition, diffusing for volume, and Curls 101 education. Curl Awakening adds a detox and a hydration, protein or repair treatment to the cut and styling. Clients who want a cut and styling without the treatment are steered toward Shape & Style instead. Returning clients within three to six months of their last visit can book the lower-priced maintenance versions of both.

Color services are customized to each client, and pricing for most of them depends on length and density. Options include single process all-over color, a two-step double process, hand-painted balayage, color block, and partial or full highlights. Toner and gloss is available to neutralize brassiness and add shine.

New clients start with a free 20-minute Haircut Consultation, and first-time color clients need a free 15-minute Color Consultation before booking a color service. Appointments outside regular hours can be requested for an added convenience fee.

The salon aims to be a safe, welcoming space where clients can feel confident in their curls, with an emphasis on helping them understand and care for their hair.
