The menu covers men's haircuts, with options that add a beard, brows or both, and a curly men's cut. Children's haircuts are available with or without a blow dry. Women's cuts are offered for long, medium and bob lengths, though pixie cuts and cuts above the chin are excluded from that service. Blow dries, styling and curly blow dry and style appointments are also available, along with a customized curly cut.

Color services include root color, root coverage, all-over color, gloss, color melt, reverse balayage that creates dimension without bleaching, custom money pieces, mini and partial and full custom blonde or brunette, partial and full highlights, half head and full balayage, face frame highlights, bleach and tone, and a combined highlight, root touch-up and haircut called the Whole Shabang. Hair extensions can be installed, and returning clients with extensions installed by Victoria Cantu can book a move-up appointment.

The Reiki Refresh is for returning guests and is $125 for 60 minutes. Reiki and soul tie clearing is $185 for 80 minutes, and a Reiki hair activation that includes a haircut and style starts at $265. Reiki sessions are offered on set days and times, and bookings outside those hours are rescheduled.

Some consultations require contacting the stylist before booking, and consultations booked without prior contact may be rescheduled. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 25% of the booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale.

Pairs hair services with Reiki sessions, which are offered separately as energy work and include no hair services.
