Haircuts for loose curls and waves run 1 hour 30 minutes at $185, and haircuts for tight coils run 1 hour 45 minutes at $185. Marcella books these only herself or on referral, so new clients are asked to fill out the form on the appointments page first, describing their hair and the look they want. Clients are asked to arrive with hair down, detangled in its natural texture, free of braids, twists and product, and no more than 2 days after their last wash.

Other services include a wash and style for curly hair, priced at $100 for an hour, meant to reset the hair and remove buildup, and a blowout at $100. Standard haircut clients should arrive with hair detangled in its natural texture and no more than 3 days after washing. Bang trims, starting at $35, are a 20-minute service for existing clients who have had a haircut in the last 6 months. Bang trim requests go by email or the new client form, with a few possible dates listed in the message, and clients should come in with clean hair styled down.

Arrival is handled with a clear cutoff: clients more than 20 minutes late are treated as no-shows, are charged the full appointment and must reschedule. Anyone who feels unwell is asked to contact the salon as early as possible to reschedule. Cards and cash are accepted. Parking is metered on the street, typically with a 2-hour limit, with free residential parking on Howe allowing 2 hours nearby and a paid lot a few blocks away reached from 40th or 41st Street.
