About

Dr. Both Celebrity Plastics and Celebrity Med Spa operate under the legal entity Celebrity Medspa MB LLC. The practice is at 23rd Street, just west of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach's Collins Park area, within a short walk of several Miami Beach hotels. Most patients come from Miami and the surrounding area, while others travel to Miami Beach from across the country and abroad for surgery.

Visits begin with a consultation, which can be booked in person in Miami Beach or by a 30-minute Zoom call. Consultations, pre-operative visits and follow-ups take place at the office, and surgery is performed in the practice's private surgical suite. Follow-ups can continue by video after a patient returns home. Surgery day requires a driver to take the patient home. Each surgical plan is made with Dr. Keyes, and for a Celebrity Mommy Makeover the patient coordinator provides a written quote before scheduling. Pain management, which may include nerve blocks, Exparel and the ERAS protocol, is decided at consultation.

The signature procedures are the Celebrity Mommy Makeover, which combines a mini tummy tuck, HD liposuction and breast surgery into one surgical plan and one recovery period, and the Celebrity Tummy Tuck. The tummy tuck uses one of the lower incisions the practice offers, includes full muscle repair, and can preserve the navel. Both use drain-free techniques and an EXPAREL TAP block for non-opioid pain relief that the practice says can last up to 72 hours. The practice says these procedures were designed around patient requests for a smaller scar and a quicker recovery.

Practical details: the practice accepts no insurance, but financing is offered through Cherry, CareCredit, PatientFi and Alphaeon. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm. Phone is (305) 564-7007 and email is concierge@celebrityplastics.com. The practice reports a 4.9-star rating from 29 Google reviews, according to its own site.

Surgical plans are drawn up with Dr. Keyes, either in person or over video. MedSpa treatment plans are shaped by each patient's anatomy and goals instead of a set package. The practice says its mission is to pair concierge-style patient care with techniques drawn from around the world.
