Dr. Michael Keyes

Dr. Michael Keyes founded Celebrity Plastics and Celebrity MedSpa and directs the MedSpa, where he sets each treatment protocol. His work spans surgical and non-surgical care across breast, body, face and MedSpa treatments. He performs mommy makeover surgery, which combines breast procedures, a tummy tuck and liposuction. He is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is listed as an ASPS Member Surgeon and is certified in the Preservé approach. He received a B.S. from the University of Florida and an M.D. from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2013. He then completed an internship at Boston Medical Center from 2013 to 2014, a general surgery residency at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach from 2014 to 2019 and a plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Louisville from 2019 to 2022. His surgical training includes facial anatomy. He holds Florida medical license ME155111 and hospital privileges at Baptist Health South Miami Hospital, Memorial Regional Hospital and Memorial Regional Hospital South. Chin and jawline filler plans are based on each patient's facial anatomy and goals, with the chin and jaw assessed at consultation. Massage plans are timed and coordinated with a patient's own surgeon after a procedure, and he provides medical oversight of the massage therapists. He received a Clinical Excellence Award in 2022. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, serves as Vice Chair of its Social Media Committee (2026) and sits on the Young Plastic Surgeons Steering Committee. In October 2023 he spoke on the ASPS President's Panel about social media in plastic surgery at Plastic Surgery The Meeting.
