Michael Keyes, M.D.

Michael Keyes, M.D. founded Celebrity Plastics, a plastic surgery practice in Miami Beach, and Celebrity MedSpa, a non-surgical practice in the same office. He is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is listed as a member surgeon of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He earned a B.S. from the University of Florida and an M.D. from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2013, followed by an internship at Boston Medical Center (2013 to 2014), a general surgery residency at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach (2014 to 2019) and a plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Louisville (2019 to 2022). His practice covers breast, body and facial surgery, including rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery and facelifts, and he is certified in the Preservé minimally invasive breast approach. His facial anatomy training informs his chin and jawline filler work, and his surgical background guides how lymphatic drainage is timed and coordinated with a patient's own surgeon. During breast surgery he places the PEC block himself once anesthesia has taken effect. He directs Celebrity MedSpa, setting its treatment protocols, and he treats patients in both surgical and non-surgical care. He holds hospital privileges at Baptist Health South Miami Hospital, Memorial Regional Hospital and Memorial Regional Hospital South. He received a Clinical Excellence Award in 2022. He serves on the ASPS Young Plastic Surgeons Steering Committee and is Vice Chair of the ASPS Social Media Committee for 2026. In October 2023 he presented on the ASPS President's Panel at Plastic Surgery The Meeting.
