Treatment packages include five wash and style sessions paired with either a Scalp Sync treatment or a deep conditioning treatment, or both. Scalp Sync is described for dryness, irritation, oiliness or dandruff, and deep conditioning for dry, frizzy or lackluster hair, including color-treated and curly hair. An in-person consultation is free and covers the look you want, hair health and maintenance, test strands and pricing.
Haircuts require hair no shorter than chin length, and barbering cuts such as pixie cuts and clipper cuts are not offered. Bookings are made online. Appointments canceled on the day of service, and no-shows, are charged the full cost of the service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show. Arriving less than 15 minutes late may mean the service is shortened to fit the remaining time. For emergencies, clients should contact the studio as soon as possible, as each case is handled individually. The studio is open most days and closed on Tuesdays.
