Visits are by appointment only, Wednesday through Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. Clients can request a booking by calling or texting, and a waitlist is kept. Every appointment starts with a consultation to talk through goals and settle on an exact cost. New clients booking color usually have a consultation before the color service is scheduled, and new clients and corrective color clients can book a complimentary consultation of about 15 minutes.

Services are priced a la carte, and a haircut is not bundled into other services. A blowdry is included when hair is washed as part of full color or treatment services, while curls, flat-iron styling and waving are extra. Services that run over 3 hours are charged at an hourly rate, and extra time or product can add cost depending on hair density, length, color history and product use.

The salon is a certified Davines color salon and a certified Danger Jones expert salon. Every color service includes a K18 treatment and a blowout. Work ranges from root retouches and corrective color for box dye or uneven highlights to hand-painted balayage, platinum blonding, vivid overlays and color blocking.

Cancellations and changes need 72 hours' notice. Missed appointments without that notice, or no-shows, carry a $95 fee charged to the card on file, which must be paid before rebooking. Deposits for services cancelled at least three days ahead can go toward a rescheduled visit. Product sales are final and non-refundable, and gift cards are not redeemable for cash and expire one year after purchase. If the color differs from the consultation, the salon will adjust it within 7 days of the appointment.
