Stylists work across five levels, from level 1 for new talent up to level 5 for lead stylists who also mentor and educate. Prices vary by level, so the same service can cost less with a newer stylist and more with a senior one. The salon describes its prices as a general guideline that can change without notice, and a plus sign means extra charges may apply for long or thick hair.

The menu is built around blowouts, cuts, curly cuts, single-color and blonding work, and smoothing treatments. Treatments can be booked on their own or added to a blowout, haircut or color appointment. Product lines include R+Co, Brazilian Blowout, K18, Olaplex and Malibu C Hard Water Wellness, along with a scalp treatment made with vitamin C, zinc and salicylic acid.

Color work begins with a complimentary consultation, which is required for new color services such as lightening, balayage and gray blending. Color corrections are available after a consultation. High-impact blonding from dark or previously colored hair can take three to eight hours and may need several appointments over a few weeks. Transformation color is a multi-step service for larger changes, such as minimal existing blonde, more than six inches of regrowth, or correcting earlier color.

Payment is due at the time of service, and cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay are accepted. Gratuity can be given in cash or through Venmo. Refunds are not offered, but adjustments discussed at a consultation can be made within one week. Changing the look after a service carries additional charges. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, late cancellations are charged half the booked service, and no-shows are charged in full with a service fee required before booking again. Children are only allowed in the salon when they are getting a hair service.

Stylists are grouped into five levels with prices set by level, and treatments can stand alone or be added to blowouts, cuts and color.
