Extension work begins with a consultation for every new guest. That visit covers hair goals, an assessment of the natural hair, color matching, where the extensions will go and a plan for upkeep. Hand-tied and sew-in weft extensions are offered, and extension artists are trained in several install methods, with K-Tip installs available on request. An installation requires an extension application that lists pricing and maintenance details, and installs have no listed starting price.

Extension adjustments are regular appointments in which the extensions are removed and reinstalled, placement is refreshed, and both the natural hair and the extensions are assessed. Adjustments are priced by the number of rows, starting at $100 for one row, $240 for two rows and $320 for three rows, and include full removal, a wash and a reinstall.

Color and highlight services carry starting prices: root color from $85, all over color from $130 with a blowdry and style, partial highlights from $180, full highlights from $220 and balayage from $240. Highlight services include two ounces of toner and a blowdry. A women's cut starts at $60 and includes a blowdry and style. Listed prices are starting points and actual pricing varies by stylist, so clients can ask the salon for a specific quote.

Stylists are placed in levels based on how much demand there is for their time, not on skill or years in the trade. A higher-level stylist has fewer openings, while a lower-level stylist usually has more availability. Clients can book online through a separate booking page for each location or text the salon to book. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a point-of-sale financing company, and can be used for color, extensions and retail purchases. Cherry qualifies customers for up to $10,000 using a soft credit check, offers zero percent financing subject to approval and a regular APR of 9.99% to 35.99%, and may require a down payment. Cherry users must be at least 18, hold a valid US driver's license and hold a valid bank-issued debit card.

Color and extensions are tailored to each client, with extensions color matched, placed, blended and cut for the individual rather than sold as one-size-fits-all packages.
