Booking is subject to a few policies. Color services booked online require a $10 deposit that is credited toward the final cost. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged 25% of the service, cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50%, and same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows and may be charged the full service price. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
