Color is the main focus. Options range from a toner for blonde or lightened hair and root touchups to all over color, balayage, and half head and full custom color packages. The custom packages combine techniques such as foiling, root melting, lowlights and color placement with a gloss, a bond-building or nourishing treatment, and a blowout. Corrective color work is also offered for hair with uneven tones, brassiness, banding or old box dye, and it begins with a consultation.

Extensions are installed in one, two or three rows, with hand-tied sew-in wefts available for the single-row install. Hair for extensions is sold separately, and the salon recommends maintenance every six to eight weeks. Extension removal is also offered.

Haircuts, trim add-ons, blowouts, blowouts with rollers and a Malibu Treatment round out the menu. A complimentary donation cut is available for guests donating at least eight inches of hair to a verified organization. Availability for donation cuts is limited each month, and the client takes the donation to the organization.

Appointments require a credit card to secure them. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and those made inside that window carry a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.
