The color menu runs from full blonding and full balayage packages to partial blonding with customized foils, mini foil packages with face-framing foils, and all-over color without bleach. Root retouches and gray coverage are offered, along with bleach root retouches for clients who are blonde, and full head color correction with toner and styling. Clients who are blonde and want a darker, more lived-in tone can book a full color customization, where placements are planned around their goals. Dark color from permanent dye or leftover toner can be removed with Malibu Color Remover before major lightening.

Extension services include 1, 2 and 3 row installs using the studio's IBE method, which the studio describes as the best method on the market. Extension removal is offered on its own and does not include move-ups or reinstalls. A free 15-minute extension and color consultation is available for clients who are deciding what to do.

Haircuts with a precision blowout, shampoo and blowout, and toner and blowout are also offered. Add-on treatments include a conditioning add-on and the K18 Boosting Hair Treatment, which uses the K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask and is described as helping rebuild bonds lost during lightening and strengthening and smoothing hair.

Booking policies ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made later than that are charged 30% of the booked services, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled total. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a reschedule, which is treated as a late cancellation and may carry fees.

The studio aims for each client to leave feeling confident in their hair, with hair health kept in view through every service. Staff offer to help clients choose the right service before they book.
