Booking follows a few set rules. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, and a $50 deposit is taken at booking for longer appointments such as color and extension reapplications, then applied to the day's service. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, with a partial fee for late cancellations and a full fee for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Clients receive email and text reminders and must reply Yes to confirm. Clients who arrive late are asked to call the salon, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling.

It earns one point per dollar spent on services or retail, with bonus points for prebooking, referring a friend and tagging the salon on social media.
