Haircuts range from precision cuts to textured, custom shapes for men and women. Styling runs from smooth and sleek looks to Hollywood glamour, for nights out or everyday wear. Color work includes French balayage, global color, teasy and baby lights, classic highlighting and ombre. Keratin Complex treatments are offered to reduce frizz and leave hair smooth and glossy, and perms are tailored to the result a client wants. HairTalk extensions are offered, with consultations scheduled by phone. Bridal and special occasion services are arranged by contacting the salon directly. Olaplex is recommended with all color services.

Clients can book a particular stylist, and the whole team takes part in each visit. Staff are trained with L'Oréal Professional and have trained in France, Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands and across the United States, including work alongside international stylists. Some team members have become L'Oréal educators and artists who teach at salons nationwide. The salon says several team artists have worked at New York Fashion Week and been featured in Vogue and in the local magazines What's Up? and UpStart.

Listed prices are starting points and depend on hair length and thickness. Blow dries start at $45, men's haircuts at $40, women's haircuts at $65, color retouches at $75, global color at $105, partial balayage at $150 and full balayage at $200. Custom treatments cost $30 to $50, bang trims and nape or brow trims cost $15, and toner or glaze starts at $35.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice before the appointment start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service price, and those made less than 24 hours ahead or no-call no-shows are charged the full price. Gratuity is not accepted on credit cards; tips can be given in cash, by check or through Venmo.

Clients can request a specific stylist, and the whole team shares in each client's visit. The salon describes its aim as an experience rather than a standard appointment.

Natural light comes in from several sides, and plants are spread throughout the studio.
