The salon is in Suite 303 inside MySalonSuites. The upper-level entrance is Suite 201, and the salon is found once inside. Services include lash extensions in Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume styles, Korean and standard lash lifts with tints, lash tints and removal, microblading, micro shading and combo brows, and an express spray tan. Starting prices run from $25 for a lash tint to $450 for combo brows.

Extension appointments usually take about 1.5 to 2 hours and begin with a short consultation. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and clean lashes and to look through lash styles beforehand. Fills are recommended every 2 to 2.5 weeks, and clients should keep their lashes dry for at least 24 hours after application. Clients wearing makeup or arriving with dirty lashes may get shorter wear, and the salon is not responsible for that. Arriving with less than 30% of their lashes may mean a full set is charged. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged the full service amount depending on circumstances, and no-shows may be charged the full amount. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction, though the salon will try to accommodate each client.

Lash training is offered in partnership with Bella Lash and combines online theory with two days of hands-on instruction, including a kit and manual. Hands-on classes are limited to one or two students. The Classic Lash Class costs $1,200 for one day and the Volume Lash Class costs $1,300 for one day. Students sign up through the Bella Lash course finder by searching for Nashville, where CatLashed is listed as the location.

Gift cards can be purchased. A blog post from the salon calls its spray tans organic. The salon states an aim of becoming a preferred destination for luxury lash extensions and organic spray tans in the Nashville area.

Each appointment begins with a mini consultation so the lash work can be tailored to the client, with the goal of luxury service at accessible prices.
