Third Coast Salt occupies about 5,200 square feet at 103A Sunset Drive in Mount Juliet, and its name comes from salt, which shapes much of what it offers. The spa says it serves everyone from teenagers to seniors, including athletes and people focused on wellness, and it describes its team of skincare, wellness and beauty professionals as award-winning.

About

Salt shows up throughout the space. Three private massage rooms have salt panels, and two of them connect for solo or couples sessions. A couples suite has a floor-to-ceiling salt wall of roughly 4,000 pounds. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue and sports work, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, gua sha, lymphatic drainage and signature massage, and Reiki sessions are also offered.

Skin services use iS Clinical and Indie Lee organic products, with facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, microneedling, and chemical peels that begin with a consultation. Laser options include the Lutronic Ultra, a non-ablative laser the spa says can address hyperpigmentation, sun damage, fine lines, acne scars and stretch marks, with downtime ranging from a few hours of mild redness to a few days of flushed skin. Clarity II laser hair reduction is a dual-wavelength system that can be adjusted for skin tone and hair type, and the spa says it suits all skin types including darker complexions. Laser work requires a consultation with a state-licensed esthetician, a waiver, and a complimentary consultation can be arranged by phone or text.

The Spa Therapy Add-On Package can be added to any treatment. It includes a personal locker, robe and slippers, access to the male or female steam and shower suite with an eight-person steam room, a private restroom, the Silence Suite, the Social Suite and the Vitality Booth, and it discounts most treatments. The Silence Suite is for quiet rest on chaise lounges. The Social Suite is the only room where talking is welcome, with tea, water and light snacks, and guests can bring their own food or have meals delivered. Steam use requires being 17 or older. Families can book Little One Spa Parties for kids, lasting two and a half to three and a half hours with salt therapy, skincare, hair, nails and crafts, and Sundays are reserved for these parties. Children are welcome, and a Family Wellness Session runs from 8 to 8:45 a.m. Monday through Saturday with prepayment. Private events and bachelorette parties are hosted with special pricing, and monthly wellness workshops cover topics such as IV therapy, Botox, acupuncture and gentle yoga.

Appointments are by appointment only and must be reserved and confirmed with a credit card, and clients sign a waiver to book. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; same-day cancellations after confirmation and no-shows are charged 50% to the card. A 3% convenience fee applies to card charges, cash discounts are offered, and American Express is not accepted. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 8pm. Clients can call or text 615-200-6365. Clients under 18 must come with a parent and see a same-sex licensed massage therapist, and gift cards are valid for two years after purchase.
