Curly cuts come in three tiers. Classic and deluxe cuts suit clients who wear their hair curly most of the time. Children 10 and under can book kids versions of each tier, and a standard kids haircut and adult haircut are also offered, though clipper cuts are not. For curly cuts, hair should arrive dry, detangled and free of product, worn down in its natural state without ponytails or clips.

Color options include one process color, root touch-ups for existing clients, a mini highlight covering the mohawk section, partial and full highlights, a combined root touch-up and highlight service, and a toner refresh that includes a wash and blow dry. Additional bowls of color are $10 each on most color services.

Styling runs from a express wash and go and shampoo blow dry to deluxe wash and go, a thermal style, bridal trials, special event styling for occasions such as weddings and proms, and two strand twists. Braiding includes custom braids with natural or added hair, two Dutch braids, and Bills Braids, which add blue and red hair for color. Tinsel accents come in accent, partial head and full head sizes.

Most services take a deposit, usually between $5 and $40. The salon charges a 20% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
