Haircuts are priced by length and density and include a wash and style. Clipper cuts mix clippers and scissors, and there are separate options for children eight and under. Curly cuts for short and for medium to long hair are performed by certified curly specialists. Color work ranges from retouches and demi color to full and partial highlights, blonding, and an exclusive 4D color service done by a certified colorist. Color correction and fantasy color are quoted after a free evaluation and consultation, at an hourly rate.

The salon says it is certified as a sustainable salon through Green Circle and that it recycles nearly everything it uses, including hair clippings. Privacy screens are available and clients can request them when booking, and silent appointments are offered for anyone who prefers a quiet visit.

Each visit carries a $2 eco fee. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the appointment; later cancellations are charged half the scheduled cost within 48 hours and the full cost within 24 hours.
