Color ranges from a gloss and root touch-ups to all-over color, several highlight options from hairline to full, and custom blonding, which is the longest appointment on the menu. Cuts include dry haircuts, bang trims and full haircuts. The styling session is a lesson in using tools and products at home, with shampoo and a blowout included.

Extension services include a consultation and a planning visit, tape, I/K-tip and I-tip application, weft move-ups and maintenance, and removal. A complimentary 30-minute add-on is available for extra length or thick strands.

Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel. Later cancellations incur a 20% fee charged to the card on file, and reminders are sent 72 hours ahead. A no-call, no-show carries a 20% fee and requires a 50% deposit to book again, and after a second one no further appointments can be booked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. An annual package of eight haircuts is priced at $440, and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page.
