The Ritz Salon and Spa operates two locations: the main salon at 321 NW Renfro Street in Burleson and The Studio at 3016 County Road 808 in Cleburne. Hair work covers haircuts, all-over color, retouches, balayage, foil highlights in several sizes, glazes, toners and color correction, and the salon also offers a separate Protege highlight line at lower prices.

The salon says it wants clients to have healthy, beautiful hair, and it describes its stylists' work as artistry with close attention to detail. Hair color is made with keratin and a flower shield complex, and the salon sells professional shampoos, conditioners and styling products for use at home, including through its online shop.

The spa menu includes express, signature and custom facials, a set of seasonal Indulgence facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacial variations, and Nano Infusion facials that combine nano-needling of serums with LED light. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue and prenatal massage, with aromatherapy and cupping add-ons, and spa packages combine a facial with a therapeutic massage. Waxing runs from brows to Brazilian. Medical microneedling and chemical peels are offered through Burleson Aesthetics inside the salon.

The trichology and scalp services are the most specialized part of the menu. A trichology consultation is a scalp and hair health analysis that ends with personalized recommendations, and a follicle test with a written report is also available. The salon describes its trichology services as led by a licensed trichologist, and they combine scalp baths, essential oil treatments, Keravive scalp cleansing, nutrition guidelines and laser technology. Cryotherapy and Jet Plasma treatments are also offered.

Services are by appointment only, with the salon open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and earlier or later times available by arrangement. A credit card on file is required to book, and a non-refundable deposit is required for every spa and permanent makeup service. Stylists are independent contractors, so pricing can vary by stylist, and each stylist's prices appear on their own booking link. New lash extension clients pay a non-refundable 50 percent deposit, and fills are offered at one, two or three weeks after the previous set.

The salon's stated goal is healthy, beautiful hair, and its trichology services pair scalp care with testing and nutrition guidance.
