Services are grouped under hair and range from a short blowout to multi-hour blonding and color sessions, so a visit can be a quick styling appointment or a full color transformation.

Color work starts with a consultation to talk through hair goals and next steps, and the custom blonding services include a consultation and a custom color formula before lightening. Lightening can be done with foils, balayage, teasy-lights or a mix, followed by gloss or toner, bond repair and a blowout. Extension installation is also offered, with a free extension consultation beforehand.

Bookings can be paid in person with Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Cancellations made within 24 hours carry a $50 fee, and a no-call, no-show without notice is charged 50% of the service. Questions can be sent through the contact form, which goes directly to Caroline.
