Color is offered as tiered packages. An express option covers roots for gray coverage, a classic package handles gray coverage, surface highlights or darker tones, or a face-framing highlight, and a dimensional package adds or maintains highlights or balayage through the top and sides. A transformational package adds color throughout the whole head, and a corrective package handles color mishaps, lightening black hair, toning out red-leaning blonde and removing fantasy color. Clients with layers and no existing highlights in the back or bottom of the hair are steered toward the transformational package rather than the dimensional one.

Extensions are offered as full packages that include the hair, installation, and cutting and coloring so it blends with the client's own hair. Volume packages add fullness and possibly one to two inches of length, and length packages add thickness and noticeable length. Lengths run from 14 to 24 inches, with extreme length packages available from 18 inches. Invisible bead extensions are a hidden method suited to all hair types, and mesh integration uses a thin mesh and bead method that suits thinning hair or semi-permanent toppers. Prices for those two methods are not listed. A color-matching consultation is required before booking extensions.

Extension move-ups are done every six to eight weeks. The site says the hair lasts nine to twelve months with proper care, and fine-haired clients may benefit from the six-week schedule. Move-ups remove and reinstall the extensions, and a shampoo and blowout can be added.

Haircuts come in two levels: an express cut done as a detailed cut on dry hair without shampoo or styling, and a lux cut that includes a custom haircut, gloss treatment and blowout.

Clients are asked to bring inspiration photos and to arrive with dry, clean hair. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a fee of 20% of the booked service price.

Extensions are planned around color matching and a consultation, and the care guidance for them focuses on gentle, lightweight products.
