The studio's stated goal is to leave clients feeling confident in their hair. Visits are intimate and relaxed, with conversation, music and an easygoing mood. Clients can book a complimentary 30-minute color consultation before a color service, and new clients booking hand-tied extensions must first have an extension consultation.
The menu covers haircuts that include a wash and style, shampoo and blowouts, bang trims and neck clean-ups, and gloss refreshes. Color work includes balayage, a freehand scalp technique for soft, natural highlights, and custom root-to-ends color. Custom partial and full-head blonding are offered as packages with a cut. Other services include brow tinting, a semi-permanent keratherapy smoothing treatment that reduces frizz and natural curl, perms, and a color lock and smoothing treatment. Extension services include hand-tied installs and removal.
Two monthly memberships are available. The Baby membership includes two blowouts a month, 15% off hair services excluding extensions, and a birthday haircut and gloss. The Princess Treatment membership includes five blowouts a month, a monthly conditioning treatment, a monthly gloss, a birthday haircut, 20% off hair services excluding extensions, and 15% off retail products. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
Booking policies require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged a 50% fee, and deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Accepted payment methods are listed on the booking page. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, with hours that vary by day.
