A visit usually starts with a conversation. Stylists ask about what the client hopes to get, how much time they can spend on at-home care and what their hair is like before they suggest a service. Nail technicians also give a consultation before recommending a nail service. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes ahead of their appointment, and hair service pricing can vary with hair length and how much customization is involved.

The hair menu is broad: cuts and dry cuts, children's cuts, everyday styles and formal styles, single process color, highlights and lowlights, balayage and ombre, custom vivid designs, and additional color work such as color correction, fantasy color, new blonde, retouches and a quick men's color. Perms include permanent, beach wave and partial or zonal waves, and keratin smoothing and a lighter Touch of Keratin treatment are available. The skin menu includes Express, Customized, Anti-Acne and O2 facials, HydraFacial, sugar cane and Signature FaceLift peels (the latter offered for clients with sensitive or rosacea-prone skin), dermaplaning with a sterile surgical blade, body waxing, makeup for events and photos including airbrush, and brow and lash tinting and keratin lash lifts. Body sugar scrubs and other skin care are also available.

Nail services include natural nail manicures, Shellac manicures and removal, nail art from hand painting to foil and crystals, spa and Shellac pedicures, and quicker dry or soak pedicures. Specialty options include the Structure Gel Manicure, the Waterless Wellness Pedicure (an eco-friendly service with no soaking) and Onyfix for ingrown toenails. Upgrades such as hand dips, hand facials, hot oil moisture infusions, nail strengthening and nail repair can be added. Gift cards range from $10 to $500 and work toward hair, spa, nail or retail purchases. The retail shop carries hair, nail and skincare products for home use, and the salon guarantees those retail purchases. The salon also says its services and products come with a personal guarantee.
