Stylists keep up with ongoing training in current coloring, styling and cutting techniques, including children's cuts. Clients who know the look they want but not how to get there can work with a stylist to plan the color and styling, and stylists advise on keeping color looking good between visits.

Color services range from custom mixed shades, from natural tones to pastels, to foil highlights, balayage and ombre, double process color, glossing and vivid colors. The menu also covers haircuts for children through adults, extensions, perms, keratin and repair treatments, styling for everyday and occasions including weddings, lash lifts and tints, and waxing. The Luxury Shampoo Treatment is a 30-minute service with aromatherapy, a warm towel, a 20-minute head massage and a conditioning treatment, and a styled finish can be added for an extra charge.

Some services require a deposit, which is applied to the service at the appointment. Clients book online through the salon's Glossgenius page, and the deposit invoice is sent to the phone number on the booking and must be paid within one to three days or the appointment is canceled. A deposit is not refunded for a no-show, but it can be used toward a rescheduled visit. The salon is open Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, and is closed Sundays.
