The studio puts hair health first and says clients should not have to give up healthy hair to get the color they want. Color products are organic and low-tox, and Anna takes a careful approach to the products used during each service.

Color work runs from gloss and toner for refreshing highlighted hair, to retouches that blend regrowth into existing color, to corrective color for uneven results or banding. Corrective work can take several sessions, and a consultation is recommended. Creative color starts with a consultation, and the final price is set after it.

The space is meant to feel creative, comfortable and personal. Anna welcomes clients who want a soft, natural result as well as those who want something completely unconventional, and wants everyone to feel at ease being themselves in the chair. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday through Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sunday. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged a 50% fee. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
