Extensions come in six styles: tape-in, hand-tied wefts, halo, clip-in, keratin bond, and micro bead. New clients get a complimentary consultation, and the exact quote is given there, before any booking. The figure depends on the style chosen, how much hair is required, the hair grade, and how long installation takes.

Color options include custom color, balayage, highlights, blonding with root bleach and toner, glosses, and color correction using full bleach. Keratin Complex smoothing is available to cut down on frizz and make styling easier. Japanese straightening is done with the Shiseido Japanese straightening system and is a permanent treatment.

Hair loss solutions are offered for women and men, including non-surgical custom hair systems, wigs, and extensions for thinning hair. Men's hair replacement is custom-fitted to match color, texture and density, starts with a free, private consultation, and uses the Lord Hair, Hairskeen and Lavivid systems. Hair systems typically last about 4 to 8 months with maintenance visits every 1 to 4 weeks. The salon says its hair replacement stylists are trained in application, bonding and maintenance.

Booking is available online or by phone, and new clients are asked to read the booking guidelines first. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice for regular and specialty services, including keratin, Japanese, bridal and extension appointments, and a credit card is required to hold appointments. Guests more than 30 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated for express services, consultations or new guests. The salon is cashless and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards, with cash used only for gratuities. Service concerns must be raised with management within 7 days, and adjustments are offered in place of monetary refunds.

Each service begins with a conversation about the client's hair, routine and budget. The salon says it keeps up with trends and techniques through ongoing education shared across the whole team.
