The color services are organized by how often they need attention. A single process covers grays at the root and is usually retouched every four to six weeks. Full highlights are recommended every six to eight weeks, and balayage can go eight to sixteen weeks between retouches. Glaze and shadow root are generally priced separately from the base service.

Clients who need to cancel are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so the time can be rebooked. When a cut or style is added after color, the visit needs an extra hour for processing.

The salon is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
