Hair removal is done with a Cynosure Elite IQ laser, which combines Alexandrite and Nd:YAG wavelengths. A built-in Skintel melanin reader measures skin melanin before each session and adjusts the settings for that client, and SmartCool cooling runs during treatment. The business recommends the Nd:YAG wavelength for skin types 5 and 6 and says it has extensive experience treating skin types 1 to 4.

Every new client has a consultation, which can be requested through the website, and a patch test before laser hair removal starts. Very light blonde, red, gray or white hair is not suitable for the treatment. Clients are asked to stop tweezing, waxing and electrolysis for about six weeks beforehand, shave the area on the day, and apply sunscreen of at least SPF 30. Tanning and sunbeds should be avoided before and after sessions. Underarms take about 5 minutes and legs about 30 minutes. Minor redness, swelling or temporary irritation can occur and usually settles on its own; ice packs, cold water or anti-inflammatory creams may ease discomfort.

A full course is typically 6 to 10 sessions spaced a few weeks apart; for fair skin with dark hair the site lists 4 to 6 sessions, 4 to 6 weeks apart. For some skin types, repeat treatments every 3 to 6 months are suggested to maintain results. Prices are listed per treatment and in bundles of 3 or 6 sessions, and a treatment calculator lets clients build their own package. Packages get 5% off, and a multi-area discount takes 10% off the third body area when two different body areas are booked and 15% off the fourth when three are booked. Full body treatment is listed at $850 per session. Laser hair removal is offered to transgender clients through a dedicated menu, and clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Laser Genesis skin rejuvenation uses a handheld device to deliver laser energy into the deeper skin layers, which the business says encourages collagen production. It is offered for the face and skin at $150 per session or $430 for three. Other skin care listed includes buccal facial massage, a detoxifying pore purge facial, laser treatment for brown spots and gua sha facial massage.
