Visits start with a one-hour WARM-UP consultation, offered in person or virtually, to talk through skin goals, current products and past treatments. The consultation leads to a custom homecare routine and treatment plan, and each treatment is set to the client's skin condition, lifestyle and goals. For new clients the business recommends at least 90 days, beginning with three treatments spaced 30 days apart. Maintenance is suggested monthly, every two months or quarterly, which suits clients with busy schedules. A $199 new client fee applies at the first appointment and includes access to a text line for questions about skin and routine.

The menu runs from SKN WRKOUT, an ultrasonic facial that can be built out with dermaplaning, LED therapy and add-ons such as chemical peels, to Pixel8 and Clear + Brilliant fractional laser treatments. Glacial Rx is a cryo-based treatment, and SkinPen microneedling, exosome treatments, PDO AfterGlo and GlowPin skin boosters, and the Jet Peel Facial round out the facial and skin care options. Several treatments are sold as packages, including the Brilliant SKN Workout and the Pixel8 Full Face, Neck and Chest package, and packages of three or six treatments bundle many of the most popular options. An infrared sauna is also available.

Deposits are paid through Vagaro by debit or credit card, and gift cards cannot be used for them. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge at least 48 hours ahead. Later cancellations are charged up to 60 percent of the appointment cost, or the full cost for selections of $300 or less, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged a fee for the practitioner's time. All sales are final. A referral program gives both the referrer and the new client $99 off the first appointment.

Before a treatment, the business advises stopping retinol, benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid 72 hours beforehand, avoiding a hard workout and alcohol on the same day, and wearing sunscreen all day. Afterward, high-intensity exercise is discouraged for 72 hours. Clients who have had Botox, Dysport or dermal filler are advised to wait two weeks before facial treatments. Hours are Tuesday and Friday 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 1 PM to 9:30 PM, Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM, and closed Monday and Saturday.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin condition, lifestyle and goals, with monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly maintenance and a tailored home care routine.
