Color is a core part of the menu. Root color, foiling with balayage, and vivid or creative color are offered, and each color appointment includes a haircut, a conditioning treatment, toner or gloss, and a finished style as needed. Listed color prices are starting minimums based on a 90-minute appointment; longer visits are charged an additional $150 per hour, prorated, and a product fee may apply for exceptional length or density.

Extensions include sew-in or hand-tied, I-link, Kerabond and tape-in installs, plus removal starting at $100. Extensions begin with a consultation, and the extension hair is priced separately and purchased through the salon's professional providers.

CJD Experiences are pre-booked half-day to full-day packages. Mini Glow runs four hours for $600, VIP Glow-Up runs six hours for $900, and Ultimate Glow runs eight hours for $1,200. Each package includes the services that fit the booked time, such as color, cut, treatments, styling, extensions, refreshments and lunch. Extension hair is bought separately, and time beyond the package is charged at $150 per hour, prorated. Color and extension transformations may be booked this way.

New clients complete a hair questionnaire and pay a $100 deposit, which is applied to the appointment. Deposits can be paid through Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay or Zelle, and they are refundable with at least 24 hours notice. A rescheduled appointment carries the deposit over to the new date. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; late cancellations and missed appointments carry a fee of 50% of the service cost and require a deposit to rebook. Clients running late should call, since arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the full service cannot be completed.

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Major credit cards are accepted, and gratuity can be added to the card. Off-hours appointments are accommodated when possible, with a $200 minimum for services plus product sales and a non-refundable $100 deposit paid in advance. Children under 12 must be attended by a guardian at all times. No refunds are issued on services, but clients who are unhappy with the work can contact the salon within 7 days to arrange a correction within 2 weeks at no cost.
