Cairdeas Salon

Sabrina started Cairdeas Salon in 2016 when she branched out on her own. The name is the Gaelic word for friendship, and the studio is meant to feel like a getaway and a safe place for clients to be themselves. It is located in suite 200 at 22833 Bothell Everett Highway, number 30 within Sola Salons.

Color is the core of the work. Grey coverage and all over color are customized either to cover grey or to darken or slightly lighten natural color, and they include K18 Molecular Repair, starting at $130. Highlighting, placed with foils or balayage and shaped to the effect wanted, starts at $193 and also includes K18 Molecular Repair. Existing color clients can book mini services from $105 for customized base color or highlights at the partline and hairline.

Haircuts are priced from $60 to $97 depending on length and density. They are customized and kept easy to style, and they are offered to clients of any gender. Every service includes a shampoo, conditioning treatment, and blow-dry.

The studio works with Loma as its main product line, made in Monroe, Washington, and also carries ELEVEN Australia, Moroccan Oil, Kenra, and Cult&King. Color is done with Kevin Murphy Color, which is PPD- and ammonia-free.

For color services, clients with heavy product buildup or who use temporary color should arrive with hair washed and dry. Suggested maintenance is a haircut every 4-6 weeks for short, every 6-8 weeks for medium, and every 8-12 weeks for long hair. All over or grey coverage color is suggested every 4-8 weeks, toner, gloss, or a mini service every 8-12 weeks, and highlighting every 8-16 weeks. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the booked service the first time and 100% the second time, and no-shows are charged 100%. Clients running late can call (425) 319-0773; arriving more than 15 minutes late may bring a late fee or a rescheduled appointment. Color or haircut adjustments should be scheduled within 14 days of the original service.
