Heather's approach centers on natural, lived-in color that still looks right as it grows out. Blonding options range from partial and full highlights to customized balayage-based blonding, and grey work ranges from soft root smudges to full grey blending and multi-visit grey transitions. Vivid color can be done as partial panels, hidden peekaboo panels, or full color.

Appointments are booked through the salon's GlossGenius site, and a credit card is required at booking to hold the time. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; shorter notice is charged half the service fee, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be performed, and a cancellation fee applies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed Fridays and Sundays. Starting prices are discussed before any service begins. Gift cards are available in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale.

Color is planned around how it will grow out, with consultations before the more involved work.
