The menu is organized around loc services. Starter locs consultations include a shampoo, a custom parting, and starter locs made with either the comb coil or two-strand twist method. Ongoing care includes retwists, interlocking, microloc retightening, loc repairs, and a loc detox treatment. Microloc establishment is a larger, consultation-first service; the twist method is completed in one day and the fully interlocked method takes two consecutive days, with both starting at 6 AM.
Loc sprinkles are custom bead designs placed along the full length of each loc. They can be booked on their own or added to any hair service. Styling options range from basic styles such as barrel twists, flat twists, ponytails, half-up half-down looks and braids, to creative styles like petal buns, mohawks and halos. A 3-in-1 option combines any three styling techniques into one hairstyle.
Booking policies: cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment, depending on availability. A missed appointment without contact requires a deposit of 75% of the service before the client can book again. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays.
The studio emphasizes ongoing learning so each client receives careful, skilled work.
